Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that effectively communicate our clients' brands. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of web design principles, as well as proficiency in various design software and coding languages.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand their website design needs and goals.
2. Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that effectively illustrate the website's structure, layout, and functionality.
3. Design and implement visually appealing user interfaces and optimize website functionality.
4. Conduct website testing and ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and overall performance.
5. Collaborate with web developers to implement design elements and ensure design integrity throughout the development process.
6. Maintain and update existing websites, including troubleshooting issues and implementing necessary updates or improvements.
Skills & Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
2. Proven work experience as a Web Designer or a similar role.
3. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web design languages.
4. Demonstrated expertise in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
5. Strong attention to detail and excellent visual design skills.
6. Experience with responsive and mobile design, as well as knowledge of current web design trends and best practices.
